Aircraft Finance – for Business or Personal use
We offer aircraft financing to include new and used small aircraft for personal use and larger aircraft and jets for business use. The aircraft itself provides excellent collateral which allows us to provide a variety of loan and lease structures to optimize the benefits to the operator/owner.
We can work directly with the selling agent or owner; help negotiate your price and set-up the financing to meet your desired terms. At each step we make sure you are protected during the course of the transaction. We fund aircraft in the United States and overseas as well.
Key points include:
- 3 – 20 year terms depending on aircraft and 10 years on helicopters
- 5 – 7% rate depending on aircraft and client/guarantor credit
- Only 20% down payment required
- Aircraft cost from $50,000 – $25,000,000
- Private or Corporate/Business use
- Simple loan structure with early buyout available without prepayment penalties
- U.S.A. and International clients welcome (many countries approved)
Financial package required:
Requests from business owners; we need both personal and company financials. All other individual requests, only personal financials are needed.
- Credit Application with ALL owner(s) information & signatures
- Aircraft information with specifications and pictures
- 3 current months personal bank statements (also business if applicable)
- 3 current years Personal Tax Returns (also corporate tax returns if applicable)
- Current Personal Financial Statements for ALL owners
- Current Debt Schedule
- FOR COMPANIES ONLY: 3 current years of Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets with Interim Statements
